it may be true for the opinion of some people but my opinion is different and i totally reject the statement because it is something that is not true and totally wrong.
Development means a change that can be seen, from a bad situation into a better and also from a backward state to more advanced.
Planning development in rural areas is actually necessary and should be implemented as soon as possible. Covering various aspects of development in terms of economic, social and others.
The development research of selected villages in the less developed category is a detailed study involving aspects of :
- physical planning
- economic
- social
- poverty level
to guide and basic for upgrading the rural area that are less developed in Malaysia.

- Development of human capital and community empowerment
- Development of viable economic, competitive and sustainable
- Integration of rural development program with physical planning
- Development of the infrastructure and utilities
- Increase in quality of life and household income in the lowest 40% of income
- Integrated of management development
- Sustainable management of natural resources
So....do you think Planning development in rural areas is useless???
